In the second picture, I drew a line in red.
It shows the part where the wall is not created.
If you look at picture 1, you can see that 3 walls were not created.
This works the same way in HomeDesigner.
I was able to confirm that the number of output3[0] and output2[0] of the GenerateWalls() function of ProceduralRoom.cs is different.
Please check once.

I put it in the same google address.
The json file is included in the map.zip file.
I changed the texture, but the problem of the wall not coming out is the same as in the 6th and 7th pictures.

Pressing the Exterior Wall button will create an Exterior Wall normally.
Like pictures 10 and 11

The same thing happens with a small number of control points on the floor.

If you hold the part of the red circle in the 12th picture and move it very slightly, you can tell whether the wall is made or not.
