How to get started

Just brought Home designer. read the manual and managed to switch HDRP. I cant really understand the manual after that. Can anyone advice how do I get started adding the walls and windows and the furniture?

I managed to ton find the tutorial video in youtube. Please ignore all my previous message.
Also I would like to ask in the tutorial video the trainer show some material from the folder ARCHVIZ. Is is that I need to purchase the plugin
AT+MATERIALS V2 in order to have those material ?
